Phone calls or virtual meetings with constituents can be arranged and in person meetings can be set up at my office. You can also find useful links to help here.

I can engage with both UK and Scottish Government departments on your behalf, however on some occasions your MSP or Local Councillor may also be able to support if the issue is devolved to Scottish Parliament or a Local Authority, Fife Council concern. You can find contact details for Local Councillors here: https://www.fife.gov.uk/kb/docs/articles/about-your-council2/politicians-and-committees/your-local-councillors/councillor

Please note I aim to respond to all contact from Constituents quickly, however if you contact me about a National Policy or Campaign issue you have signed up for, due to the volume of emails I receive, the response may take longer.

You can check if you are in my Constituency area, as due to Parliamentary protocol, I will not be able to assist with casework if you are not my Constituent. This link will guide you to the correct MP.

Please note I can not give legal advice or immigration advice.

How we have helped

Visa Issue
Wendy assisted Shruti Narayanswamy, a staff member at St Andrews University, with several visa issues.

"I sought assistance from Wendy Chamberlain's office on two occasions for immigration-related issues.
"Wendy and her staff helped me secure decisions on my parents' visitor visas, which ensured that they could arrive in the UK on time to attend my PhD graduation.

"Wendy also intervened successfully when I faced a significant delay in receiving my Skilled Worker visa."

DVLA Issue
Wendy intervened when a constituent had their driving license wrongfully suspended:

"Just thought I’d let you know that as from yesterday I have my driving license back!

"Life will certainly be a whole lot easier but more importantly I can close what was a very worrying time.

"I cannot thank you enough for all the support you have shown and this will never be forgotten."

Housing Issue
When a constituent was living in an unsuitable house due to their illness, Wendy helped get a more suitable home:

“I would just like to let you know I’ve been offered a new house outside Newburgh and totally over the moon.

"I can’t thank Wendy and her team enough.
"You have helped me so much since taking over my case. So grateful - thank you so much for all your help."
