Delay in funding announcement for NEF

The UK Government has delayed the announcement of successful levelling up funding bids, including for Silverburn Park, Forgan Arts Centre, and the Tay Bridgehead Active Travel Hub. This also effectively shortens the period of time available to deliver projects.
